“ Dined here alone and ordered the S.O. wings, BBQ salad (recommended by Sir Tom), and orange juice. Generous servings and everything was delicious! The server, Sir Tom, was very accommodating. ”
“ recently visited Single Origin Molito and had a great experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting—perfect for casual dining, working, or catching up with friends. The rustic interior and light background music added to the relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Sea Salt Iced Coffee and the Corned Beef Reuben, and both were excellent. The Reuben Sandwich was hearty and flavorful, made with homemade corned beef, Russian dressing, caramelized onions, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on perfectly toasted bread. It paired well with the bold flavors of the Sea Salt Iced Coffee, which balanced espresso, house-made caramel, and textured milk, topped with just the right touch of sea salt. Service was also a highlight—my server was absolutely darling and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I’d definitely recommend Single Origin Molito to anyone looking for great food and coffee in a cozy setting. ”
“ We had brunch here last week. Initially, our table was too high for my daughter, but the waiter kindly moved us to a more comfortable one. As we were about to order, we found that many items on the menu were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. Here’s what we ordered: Pork Belly BBQ Rice Bowl: I didn’t expect the pork to be so tender—it practically melts in your mouth! The carrots and cucumber were a bit salty, but they complemented the pork nicely. Wow Truffle Fries: This was our favorite! The real potato fries had a delicious truffle flavor, and the three dipping sauces were perfect, especially the slightly spicy one. White Truffle Pasta: It was good, but I found it a bit bland—like it needed more flavor. As a pasta lover, I still enjoyed it by pairing it with the truffle fries. Coco Fish with Mango Pico de Gallo: This was supposed to be my daughter’s meal, but she didn’t like the taste. It was our least favorite, as the flavors didn’t quite suit us, and it was a bit salty. The serving sizes are good for sharing between two people. Cons: The food was served one dish at a time, with a 10-15 minute gap between each, which could have been more efficient if served together. The ambiance is very relaxing, and the staff are friendly and approachable. Hopefully, next time we visit, more items will be available, as we’d love to try other dishes and desserts! ”
“ Single Origin Molito is such a cozy spot—perfect for slow mornings or casual brunches in Alabang. The vibe is relaxed yet refined, and I love that it works as both a chill café and a hangout for heavier meals or even cocktails. Coffee’s solid (the salted caramel latte is my husband’s fave), and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their comfort food too! I haven’t gone often, but our few visits have been a treat—definitely somewhere I look forward to dropping by again. ”
“ Went here on a weekday late afternoon. We were able to reserve a table for our group. The staff are nice and the food is delicious. I love the fries and the four cheese pizza. They have a promo for selected cocktail drinks too. ”
“ The food portions are generous, but it's a fancy place, so expect to shell out at least 800 pesos each. The shrimp and truffle fries are awesome. We also got a four-cheese pizza, which was also really good, and the sausage platter was just okay. Overall, it was a great place; I'm definitely coming back. Especially when I'm rich, haha. ”
